I interview older adults to collect their stories of resilience. This includes retirees, veterans, immigrants, centenarians, and anyone else with wrinkles and a story to tell! Resilience is a skill that can be learned. The purpose of this research is to learn from the resilience of older adults and to teach others of all ages and backgrounds the skill of bouncing back from adversity.
Have you, or someone you know, cultivated resilience over many years of living? Contact me about being part of this project!
I interview and study couples who have been happy together for fifty years or more. Based on the principles of positive psychology, the objective of this research is to learn from the relationship successes of older adults and to share their wisdom with younger generations and with couples therapists.
Have you and your sweetheart been together 50+ years? Or do you know a couple who has? Thus far, there is very little professional research about the subject! Contact me about being part of this research project.
